With good planning, 42 acres can accommodate over 50,000 people on half the land, and the other half for greenery.

But you miss the point.

If I didn't know better, I would have guessed you're describing the US in your first sentence.
Still the greatest country despite all that.

Hio ya missed salaries, the only example is from 2023 when salaries were delayed for 2 days 😂😂 How desperate.

Yet in the midst of all that, we have a constant stream of bongolalas, SSudanies, Ugandans, Burudians, Congolelse, Somali etc..
All flocking to the best country in Sub-Saharan Africa outside South Africa.

Meanwhile Bongolala which is struggling 10 times more than Kenya, demonstrating or questioning Idi Amin Mama is grounds for murder.

We demonstrate to make our country better. Not because its bad right now (could be bongolala worse). But because it can be much better.

"At Kenya Power, 38 employees were left unpaid, while 25 workers at the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) were also affected."

Sounds more like a HR/accounting hiccup.
Also, many universities are restructuring to the new financing system. Expect operational delays.
