Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Indication ya kutoweza kumiliki nyumba inaonekana tu kwenye idadi ya slums

Reminds me of a quote. ("I'm drunk, you're ugly. I'll be sober tomorrow. You?)

Nairobi has slums, which we are redeveloping fast.
Dar entire city is a slum. How do you demolish an entire city?

One Affordable Housing project alone in Kibera under construction as we speak, will house close to 1/4 of Kibera slum population upon completion.
And it's not the only project in Nairobi right now.

Si tunasubiri tuone zitaisha lini 🤣🤣🤣🤣

More and more Tanzanians continue to use Mombasa Port. Look at how Tanzanian cargo through Mombasa keeps on increasing. Also noticed how Uganda Cargo through Dar port is reducing day by day na ukiwaskia hapa vile watanyanganya Mombasa mizigo ya Uganda.

Burundi their main target with SGR can't even do 400k tonnes😂😂😂

Salary payment sio dev expenditure , 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Unazidi kujiabisha
Inaitwa GDP per capita.
If you entered an economic class, you would know that most development by far comes from private individuals not government.
Those salaries are spent developing Kenya.

The average bongoslummer cannot even afford a microwave.
Why then would a microwave manufacturer set up in TZ?

Hapa tunataka tuone serikali yenu kwa mwaka 2025/2026 itaongeza asset gani maana hata tukienda huko kwenye ministries tumewapiga knockout.
Kumbe hata kujenga Barbara mwaka huu hamtajenga🤣🤣🤣🤣

We don't have a bus culture in Kenya. Route ya Mombasa tu ndio kuna mabasi kubwa.
May be hard to understand for an LDC bongolala watchman. 😂 😂
All developed countries use big buses for passengers travel nyie ndio mnatumia vipanya huko hamna standards kabisa. Thank you for confirming that only Mombasa route use big buses even though you could have at least shown us a few of these bus shades along the mombasa route.

There's a reason why they are called National and County budgets.
Haha kweli inaonekana shule kwenu ni nadra.
National budget inainclude departmental, ministerial, and every source of expenditure and income .
Nyinyi mnajua kuandamana tu hakuna mnachojua

Njoo tukufundishe uchumi

Kwahiyo ukiajiri ni asset gani unakuwa umewekeza.
Kuna current na non current asset tutajie ajira Iko kwenye category gani ya asset

Lol. Did you just type that?
No wonder bongoslum is the way it is.

As Kibaki taught us, there is no greater asset than an educated population. Sorry, you wouldn't know.
No wonder every company wishing to set foot in East Africa starts HQs in Kenya. More professionals, bigger talent pool.

You have 1/10th of our foreign remittances. But one part you may not know, is that this is inclusive of people working remotely in Kenya, earning in dollars.

We have tens of thousands of Kenyans earning lots of cash in dollars, right from their homes in Kenya.
Neither a BRT nor an electric train can accomplish that. Only education.

IMF, World Bank, na wengine wamesoma, have come up with a standardized way to explain poverty.

Lakini wewe na sillybus ya bongolala LDC, you want to redefine the meaning of poverty? 😂 😂

A country twice our size, with half our medical workforce, paying them 1/4 the salary...
What next? You're going to tell me the sky aint blue?

Njoo tukufundishe uchumi
😂 😂

Luopeans fly to Kisumu.
That's why Kisumu International Airport is busier than all your airports except JNIA.

Those who don't fly drive there. (Kenya has 3 times more cars than the entire bongoslum)

Finally, the few Luopeans who lack either of the 2, take a matatu. 😂 😂
Tumeelewana watchman? 😂😂
Umeona jinsi ulivyo mentally colonized mpaka leo eti Luopeans inasikitisha sana 🙄

Which developed countries?

In every country I've visited, buses are a secondary means. Very few people use them. And those that do, it's for short distance city travel.

Long distance - trains, planes
Short distance - sub, light rail, buses.

Even the so called Greyhound buses in the US have been dying a slow death since 2000.
Very few people in developed countries will take a bus for a journey of more than a few minutes.

Tembea mzee. Toka bongolala kidogo.

No wonder every company wishing to set foot in East Africa starts HQs in Kenya. More professionals, bigger talent pool.
No wonder exports of Tanzania is double of that of Kenya, inaonesha Kenyan mmezoea kuwa watumwa hamuwez zalisha

Remittances tushajadili ni utumwa , zingumzia fdi hapa maana ndo zinaleta hali halisi uwekezaji
We have tens of thousands of Kenyans earning lots of cash in dollars, right from their homes in Kenya.
Cash is a liquid asset muda wowote Inaweza potea ila barabara haiwezi potea sasa tuambie wewe ukiwa na trillion moja cash nami nikiwa mabasi 40 na cash ya 1mil nan anahela nyingi?
Neither a BRT nor an electric train can accomplish that. Only education.
