Mfano ujenzi wa barabara, airport bandari , ununuzi wa magari na kadhalika na kuajiri inaingia kwenye recurrent expenditure yaan matumizi ya Kila siku au mwezi🤣🤣🤣🤣

For example we have twice your police force, paying them 3 times the average bongoslum police.
Same for doctors, teachers etc.

That's why even basic things like houses in bongoslum feel straight from 1990s central Africa.
Your public employees can't afford sh*t.

Government money is public money. If your government has money, it will reflect on the ground, in basic things like the houses people can afford.

Balance of trade keeps on widening against you, production and exports have stagnated for over 10 years now, budget gap keeps on increasing year after year, Government fiscal space non existent, loans have ballooned and so is debt servicing bado mnadagnywa Uchumi unakuwa. while on the ground things are different, public servants miss salaries, shortage of essential drugs, workers demonstrating on daily basis teachers, doctors higher learning students and lecturers, GenZ also have their grievances to settle.

In Kenya money is not controlled in state house my some obese woman 😂 😂

For example schools and hospitals receive cash for facility improvements. (Our education budget is more than the entire Rwanda budget). This is cash that is budgeted in as a never ending recurrent expenditure.
