Don't you have private developers for that?

Public money should do the most good to most people. In NHC's case, instead of building beach-side apartments and high-rise city towers, perhaps they should focus on the 95% of Bongolalas who either live in slums, shanties, unsanitary or otherwise unplanned or informal settlements, with no hope of receiving municipal services this century.

I was looking at the tallest buildings in Tanzania, and I think there's like 1 or 2 in the top 20 that are not owned by the government or a public body.
