Social norms or culture are not a standard measure of human development index. You should know that unless you are another Primary school dropout.
Some communities like traditional Luos in Kenya don’t practice circumcision similarly Muslims don’t eat Pork.
I find it weird that Ichoboy would never accept my morning egg and sausage (pork) breakfast if I invited him to my house but I bet Sama boy would enjoy it to the fullest ( both come from same country). Yet this not a reason to judge either ( what we eat or what we culturally practice should never be an aspect used to evaluate our development standards coz it’s in one’s prerogative ).. only primitive and uneducated people think otherwise .
