Ubaya wako uko na shida ya kuelewa vitu rahisi. when you are quoting Dar's area in square kilometres versus that one of Nairobi what do you imply? it is not a question of whether New York is developed or not coz according to your argument, a city's area in square kilometres determines how developed it is (or should be) ndo maana nikakupa mfano na New York. Nairobi might be smaller than Dar in square kilometres just the same way New York is smaller in square kilometres than Dar but that does not mean that it (Dar) has any bragging rights in terms of development than the two above cities? How hard is it to understand certain things!?
