So do you mean the Tanzanian shilling has a higher purchasing power than the the Euro since you can buy things at a cheaper price with the equivalent of the US Dollar in Tanzania than you would with the equivalent in Europe or the USA?

An avocado in the United States costs $4. Whereas in Tanzania somewhere around TZS 500. The equivalent of $4 is TZS 10, 000. You can buy more avocadoes with TZS 10, 000 in Tanzania than you can with $4 in the United States. Does that mean that the Tanzanian shilling has a higher purchasing power than the US Dollar?
