This is a project that just broke ground late last year. Construction has barely reached the first floor slab yet it is nearly 100% sold. There are thousands like these coming up everyday. Pitia hapa kwa mfano, this was just approved last week Nyinyi endeleeni tu kungoja CCM iwajengee manyumba.

Didn't I see your grandmother in Vatican and Norway just the other day? Unasema serikali yetu inafuja pesa (which I agree 100% with you), but have you first seen the log in your own eye? Mko na madini kama yote na bado nchi ni maskini tu. Kenya's most valuable mineral is Soda Ash ambayo ni chumvi. Unajua thamani ya chumvi kweli? At least we can say we have a good reason of borrowing. Nyinyi na hizo rasimilmali zenu zote mnaendelea vipi?

Tanzania maskini kwa kigezo kipi, tunawazidi kwa thamani ya miradi inayofanywa kwa sasa, tuna modern infrastructures kuwazidi, tuna chakula cha kutosha kuwazidi, kitu pekee unachoringia ni historia na ambapo muwashukuru wazungu, wasomali na wachina, kukosa hivyo mngekuwa hovyo zaidi ya hapo.

Ni World Bank wamesema kwa official page yao that Tanzania is poorer than Kenya, enda uwapigie wao kelele. Miradi ipi hii that upto now you still have nothing to show? Vitu mnajenga na miaka kumi
