Avic town is 70% vacant. Watanzania hawana pesa za kununua those houses.

First of all do you really know the meaning of purchasing power parity??
Tusije tukabishana kumbe huelewi unachobishania.
Ability of your money to buy less or more due to high or low costs.
Kwa Tz pesa ndogo unanunua bidhaa nyingi za kushantaaaa.
Ndio hapo ujiulize why Dollar is bigger to RMB and China is the one with high purchasing power than USA.
We have two currencies, TZS and KES (Currency A and B). 1 shilling of currency A equals 20 shillings of currency B, it means that currency A is stronger than currency B.

In this context, currency A has more purchasing power compared to currency B. This means that with 1 shilling of currency A, you can buy more goods or services than you can with 20 shillings of currency B. So, in terms of purchasing power, currency A is stronger and more valuable.

Petrol in Kenya is around Ksh 200. With 200 shillings of TZS cannot buy the same goods that KES can buy. So Kenya shilling has a higher Purchasing power than TZS since you can buy more goods with 200 shillings of KES than 200 shillings of TZS.

If Purchasing Power ingekuwa comparison would have been how many goods in comparison to the dollar can a currency buy, then TZS would have been stronger than the EURO and Pound, since with 10 Dollars (in Euro) you buy way less goods than with the same 10 dollars in TZS.

Simple economics hamfunzwi shuleni?

Jamaa unajiona genius eeh.? 🤣🤣🤣 Kwamba wewe una akili sana kuliko Tanzanians wote humu.? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Unaishi kwenye dunia ya pekeako sana we tahira
Hahaha huyo pumbavu Kiaiagi or whatever ndiye hujifanya mwerevu sana. Kumbe ni zuzu tu!

Wewe mshenzi, mavi wewe. Keti chini nikufunze.

So do you mean the Tanzanian shilling has a higher purchasing power than the US Dollar or the Euro since you can buy things at a cheaper price with the equivalent of the US Dollar in Tanzania than you would with the equivalent in the USA?

An avocado in the United States costs $4. Whereas in Tanzania somewhere around TZS 500. The equivalent of $4 is TZS 10, 000. You can buy more avocadoes with TZS 10, 000 in Tanzania than you can with $4 in the United States. Does that mean that the Tanzanian shilling has a higher purchasing power than the US Dollar? Rudi shuleni ukafunzwe msenge wewe
I tried teaching that idiot but inaonekana he is suffering from Tanzanian disease.

Use your brain effectively

how does this solve the problem of 90% of tanganyikans who cannot afford any smartphone or access internet.
More than 90% of Tanzanians have smartphones, don't tolerate foolish, smartphone uses is not an issue nowadays, even people at kibera, Mathare, Babandogo, Makuru kayaba etc can afford it, don't be mad.

Ati they can buy many things with $10 in Tanzania than what it can buy in Kenya. In Europe, a haricut alone costs 20 Euros ($22). So the shitty Tanzanian shilling has a higher Purchasing Power than the Euro since with $10 you can buy many goods in Uswazi than what $10 can buy in Europe 😂😂😂

You were comparing Purchasing Power Parity between the Kenyan Shilling and the Tanzanian shilling. The Kenyan shilling is the stronger currency and has a higher purchasing power than the Tanzanian shilling.

You can buy more goods and services with 200 Kenyan shillings than you would with 200 Tanzanian shillings (NB: Not the equivalent of 200 Kenyan shillings). That is what Purchasing Power is. Kenyan currency has a higher Purchasing Power than Tanzanian shilling, end of discussion.

Ulianza na kusema hakuna cycling lanes, after umeona cycling lanes ushaanza kulia lia. Na bado hujaanza kulia vile inafaa, very soon utalia zaidii.

Kama utalinganisha purchasing power ya Tz shilling na K-shilling ulinganishe kuanzia vitu hela yenu inaweza na nunua vitu produced in both countries and which are imported then utaona ipi yenye purchasing power kubwa, but kwenye kuimport it depends on alot of things kuweka uhalisia

What can 200 Tanzanian shillings (Currency A) buy? In Kenya, 200 Kenyan shillings (Currency B) can buy a packet of Unga. You will need more of Currency A to buy the same packet of unga in Tanzania, kwa hivyo your currency is the one with a weaker Purchasing Power. Kumbuka tunalinganisha Purchasing Power between Kenya Shilling and Tanzanian Shilling. 200 shillings of KES have more value and higher Purchasing Power than 200 shillings of TZS

Kama Purchasing Power ingekuwa measured with how many goods equivalent to the US Dollar can buy in another country, then Purchasing Power of TZS would be way stronger than the EURO, since you can get very few goods in Europe with $10 (9 Euros), while you get a lot in Tanzania with the same $10. In Europe, $10 (9 Euros) isn't even enough for 10 tomatoes, but in TZS, you can buy a whole grocery store with $10. So does this mean TZS has a higher Purchasing Power than the EURO?

Thats's how your colleagues' arguements don't make sense. Wanasema since $10 can buy more goods in Tanzania than in Kenya, then the Tanzanian currency has a higher Purchasing Power than the Kenyan shilling.
