By the time AFCON comes around, with the planned horizontal infrastructure upgrades, Nairobi will look like a major city in the US….. visitors will be swept on their feet… whereas on the other side in the southern neighbor, visitors will be shocked by the Uswaziland especially from the Airport all the way to Mkapa stadium surroundings,. There are no plans to change that…. Yet around soon to be constructed Talanta stadium, private sector has plans to make that area first world country…. Anyone seen the new Ngong road area master plan?… please post it here… and someone thinks CAF won’t notice that… Finals ni Nairobi, wapende wasipende…even the next World Cup iko Canada, US and Mexico… but the finals ziko US despite Mexico being a better football nation…. Economic power matters…. Period!

Private sector in Kenya on fire 🔥🔥🔥 all over the country…. They are sitting on liquid cash , maybe they should lend to the government…..Kenya middle class is bigger than the official records….. you can’t even buy a dream residence especially in posh suburbs unless you time it perfectly…. Zinaenda kama jugu karanga …😄😄

With all these highrises coming up I doubt there is any other African city that matches Nairobi, not even Joburg since they have mostly single dwellings rather than apartments. Nairobi is becoming the African Sao Paulo, tall residential buildings everywhere
