Tame corruption, tribalism, nepotism, steady your currency, boost your exports, increase industrial production, strengthen agriculture and its supply chains before thinking of getting there. You will go nowhere with apartments. In order for you to sustain your appetite for apartments you need a solid economic base and borrow a leaf ftom your southern neighbours on how to lay the ground work for solid and resilient economy you need to invest in 1st world railway systems, improved agriculture and irrigation, investment in ICT technologies and e-governance etc
