Eastleigh is very fast turning out as a city within a city.
NHC is stating that, it has been approving at least 50 high-rise building projects of 16-20 per year for the last 4 years.
So currently, about 100 plus projects are under construction in Eastleigh making it the most active city construction zone in Africa.

Rwanda can't even think about your Northern corridor, only Uganda is in dilemma because it had already compansented for land. KDF in DRC has been allowed only six months extension period to hand over to SADC troops, no one needs them in DRC
