Dodoma gets about 23 inches of rain a year (semi arid climate). In that particular environment you won't see much vegetation.
Sio Mtanzania huyo mpumbavu wala haijui Tanzania. Tatizo la kujifanya kujua kwingi mpaka anajiaribia na inakuwa obvious kila mtu anaona. The whole area of Dodoma is better known for its semi Arid climatic condition, the area seen in the picture has started to be inhabited in very recent years, let's give them time to make a change!
Mjanja tu kaamua kugoogle 😂😂You got it.
Is it you talking about urban planning while seating on a slum time bomb? The houses of which you speak are mostly informal and unregulated. A complete disaster for the suburbs you seem to proclaim.
Nyerere hated cities, and that’s probably the reason why we didn’t establish a strong foundation in urban planning early on.
You have massive urbanization in Dar and many other cities in the country. Building single family units won’t provide sufficient housing.

Jamaa huyo ana madhara ya elimu ya kukariri. Mwache kama alivyo.Dude you have problems with every solution .. we do not have land problems in Tanzania, not anywhere near 100 years to come. The great work have been done in Dodoma, kinachotakiwa ni kuhakikisha master plan inafuatwa.. we can’t copy paste everything everyone is doing. We are Tanzanians.
What a pathetic creature. Is it you talking about urban planning while seating on a slum time bomb?![]()
The problem isn’t land. We do have plenty of it. But that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be planned accordingly.Dude you have problems with every solution .. we do not have land problems in Tanzania, not anywhere near 100 years to come. The real problem is utilizing the LAND. The suggestions I put forward are truly for the betterment of the city. Tanzania’s planning strategy needs a paradigm shift.
I did not force you to agree with me, but you don’t even have a counter argument to oppose my planning strategy. Your view? To just sit back, eat and fart. No wonder Tanzanian cities look like absolute shit. A genuine reflection of minds like yours.

Land iko kwa wananchi na wananchi hawana uwezo wa kujenga majengo hayo ya kusave land...Good way to go ni kuzuia ujenzi holela tu, ili iwe rahisi uko badae kufanya maboresho...Mfumo wa kibepari Unahasara zake pia,Hauko perfectThe problem isn’t land.
