The problem isn’t land. We do have plenty of it. But that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be planned accordingly.

The real problem is utilizing the LAND. The suggestions I put forward are truly for the betterment of the city. Tanzania’s planning strategy needs a paradigm shift.

I did not force you to agree with me, but you don’t even have a counter argument to oppose my planning strategy. Your view? To just sit back, eat and fart. No wonder Tanzanian cities look like absolute shit. A genuine reflection of minds like yours.
