I know Dar, though toka zamani, but even as at 2022 nothing much ime change when I observe from google earth, infact ina worsen!.., poor looking housing, Mombasa beats Dar in that sector.., tofauti ni ni chache, Dar has some few things zenye Mombasa haina and vice versa.., Nairobi sio league ya Dar, it's way ahead!

Not really, Mtu mwenye pesa hawezi kuwa dependent kwenye ugali, that’s a typical poverty manifestation.
