Anesthesia hata nesi ukimtrain vizuri anakusetia mgonjwa vizuri kabisa,
Ukiangalia takwimu tuna very High birth rate in the World, very high,
Tunaongeza watoto karibu milioni mbili kila mwaka, means tunahitaji sana sana Gynecologists , sana kuliko hata pediatricians, unfortunately tuna madaktari wa watoto (zaidi ya 500 ) kuliko hawa wa kina mama.

I preferred Biology and Chemistry more than Physics, so I went with the two and left Physics. Geography sikufanya because of the teacher who was teaching it. I hated him.

Kiswahili can't help me anywhere in my lifetime, in fact I sat for Swahili exams just because it's a compulsory subject. Ingekuwa optional ningeiacha. Wewe Kiswahili inakusaidia na Nini tofauti na communication?
