The rest of us get the most stupid ones. I can name you 3 or 4 major EAC institutions based in TZ. This central bank thing is very serious. It cannot be compared to any other institution. These people already host the EAC headquarters, EAC parliament and EAC court of Justice. It is absolutely stupid and senile to also give them the EAC central bank. Huu ni upumbavu. Kwani wao ni mungu so that they get 4 major institutions wakati sisi hatuna hata moja? Huoni kuna shida hapo? Hapa lazima patachimbika.
