Check EAC website to have a glimpse of the institutions and location.., if u click on each website u will notice they are spread across., I know Lake Victoria Basin Commission is based in Kisumu whereas Interuniversity Council for East Africa is based in Kampala., etc..,

The rest of us get the most stupid ones. I can name you 3 or 4 major EAC institutions based in TZ. This central bank thing is very serious. It cannot be compared to any other institution. These people already host the EAC headquarters, EAC parliament and EAC court of Justice. It is absolutely stupid and senile to also give them the EAC central bank. Huu ni upumbavu. Kwani wao ni mungu so that they get 4 major institutions wakati sisi hatuna hata moja? Huoni kuna shida hapo? Hapa lazima patachimbika.

Am seeing a mix of Kisumu and Nairobi.., second pic ni kisumu na southern bypass..., though Eldoret has two like those at Maili tisa on Uganda road off to Malaba and one from Eldoret International Airport.., road going to Kisumu from Eldoret..,
