Ruto will win Central and Rift Valley. Hizo provinces zingine zote ni za Raila.( I am not sure about former North Eastern province, but huko population ni ndogo anyway.) Of course Raila will win Coast and Western provinces by a smaller margin this time because Ruto has campaigned aggresively in Western and Coast. But Western and Coast are still Raila's zones. Raila needs around 30% of the votes in central to make up for the votes he will lose to Ruto in Western and Coast. It is debatable how much Raila has lost in coast and Western or how much he has gained in Central. Anyway both Raila and Ruto can win because both are serious candidates. There is no weak candidate here.

And that 30% is more than enough to make raila president. In 2017 Uhuru got 3M plus votes from there while raila only managed 200k. Assuming this time the turn out drops to 75%, Raila may get 1M while Ruto may get 2.5M.
If you add the presence of Uhuru/ Deep State then the odds are stacking in favour of Raila.
