If I heard it right, they've only built 102 units out of those 3,500 units they 'hope' they'll build. That's not even 5% of the project and yet you get excited!

As I type this, Unity Homes has already put up over 2,000 housing units in Tatu city and all of them are already occupied. Sasa mbona unalinganisha kiwete na mtu aliye na uwezo wa kutembea?
