Kwani according to project document for the sgr how much tonnage was it supposed to carry per annum? If it carries less than that then it qualifies to be a big white elephant.

Hivi unajua maana ya "White Elephant project?, It is a project which can't work and exist on its own, very expensive for customers, less attractive to clients, there is no clear future.

Can you tell us what was the main target of your SGR, I guess it was to serve Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and DRC, tell me now, where the railway ends?[emoji23]
