First you should know that Kenyans love holidays like crazy when that little chance comes by they make full use if it.
Secondly, Kenyans would go spend their holidays with their extended families. most Kenyans are in nairobi for work but have a rural home.
The most important part of this is that Kenyans go to ushago where they registered so that they have their chance to vote in his MCA, Governor, Senator, Women Representative, his Member of Parliament and ultimately the president of his choice.
So the travelling doesn't necessarily idicate any form of tension though you won't dismiss the fact that some small percentage could go out of security concerns which is their personal issue....

I think hii vagueness sio nzuri.
Check these two statements out:
"According to the project report, the 24-inch diameter pipeline will move 216,000 barrels of oil per day at a cost of about Sh1300 ($12.2) per barrel."
AND
"Tanzania will charge Uganda a tariff/transit fee of Shs40,321 ($12.2) for each barrel of oil going through the crude oil pipeline to Tanga port at the Indian Ocean for exportation to the international market."
Do they mean the same thing?
