I read that book in 2005/06....some guy who overstated his job during the cold war period. basically he said he would go into countries and either sabotage their economy or have them borrow/depend so much on western institutions that the country would never go communist or leave it exposed for the west to exploit how they see fit.

The dude's very funny. And I know what that book is about. Samia is the head of state of a developing nation. Based on the book, she should be the one to be deceived by the so-called economic hitmen. She should fall into the trap of securing loans from money-lending organizations like the IMF. However, he says that Samia is an actual economic hit woman. So I guess my question to him is, whom exactly does SSH work for, and what benefit does she get?

Dar Metropolitan does not encrouch on other regions it is a metro in a real sense unlike Nairobi which grab land from other counties for it to be a metro city.

Dar Metropolitan has been there for ages we even have Dar Metropolitan development projects DMDP for Ilala, kinondoni and Temeke ambazo zote zina develop Dar into a real metro city.
