thats Nairobi, but just a small portion, less than 15% if am so to say .. 'Slums in nairobi are well defined and well structured',. even when the National or County Govt, or Charitable Organizations, or Churches, or The Muslim Community, or Foreign Aid, or even The Sikh, comes inhand, they already know where they will exactly go...
whereas Slums in Dar-Is-Slum are scattered and intermixed with Mid-Class such tht even the Govt or Foreign Aiders are confused!.
infact, all settlements in Dar, compose of up to 70% Informal Settlements.. thats according to The UN report 2019, google it please.. if u don't believe me, i can help u find it

Wewe ndio unaji-console. I know what am talking about. Dar es Salaam hakuna SLUM eboooo! SOMA HAPO CHINI UNAWEZA ELEWA KWA NINI TUNASEMA DAR HAKUNA SLUM. Hakuna mtanzania anayetamani kuishi kwenye unplanned areas ni kwa vile tu serikali haipimi viwanja kwa wingi kukidhi mahitaji ya wananchi.
