Ni kuamua tu!!!Ni kutangaza tenders kwenye mambo yote muhimu kwa ajili ya kuli maintain jengo!!! Ikiwemo usafi wa nje na ndani, landscaping mambo civil, mechanics and Telecommunications...etc,unaweka vigezo unawashindanisha pia anayeshinda unamtrack kwa kupitia performance appraisals, ukiwashindanisha hawa mabwana huwa wanakuwa na adabu kweli kweli kwenye kuperform.

Those are not findings, they are just your opinions based on your own feelings,

And my conclusion here based on my feelings as well,

Covid has had minor effects in underdeveloped countries because of the below reasons

1. Population structure, like in Tz 64% of our population is below 25 years
Means that pyramid is very narrow towards the top, and hence less vulnerable population group, as you know Youth have proven to have stronger immunity than elders (according to studies ) and meta analysis studies suggest COVID-19 complications and severe hospitalization is significantly higher in immune compromised and individuals with weaker immunity than their counterparts,

2. The life exposure to various diseases made developing countries more immune to Covid-19 than the first world country,
Plus in developing countries people eat natural healthy foods, Climate high especially temperature in sub Saharan Africa played a significant role to minimise the effects of Covid-19 (studies say so)

My conclusion is,
People lost lives due to Covid-19 complications,
But the population isn’t yet convinced severity of the disease,
Otherwise if it could be as severe as it was in Italy, Spain etc ungeona vile kila mtu angekimbilia chanjo.

Lastly, provided that the Covid-19 vaccines helps an individual to reduce the risks of developing severe complications of Covid-19 like pneumonia, acute respiratory distress, kidney failure etc, let the vaccine remain voluntary, hakuna asiyependa kuishi. And you won’t pretend to love them than they love themselves,
Chanjo ingefanyika kuwa lazima kama kungekuwa na evidence kuwa inazuia transmission from one person to another.
