Perhaps the pictures weren’t very clear. Here are some pictures that show the road clearly. View attachment 1684809View attachment 1684811View attachment 1684812

Also, you cannot compare roads between different cities! There’s a difference in geography in case you didn’t take that fact into account.

But, since you are obsessing over “beach roads” there’s a four lane road currently under construction along the Indian Ocean to connect it to Coco beach via the new Selander Bridge.

The four lane road is constructed right next to the beach in this photo

And finally, it stretches further to Coco beachView attachment 1684817
Let me make it simple for you, the front part facing the ocean is far from the African standards let alone world i.e Durban, Luanda. Alot of land reclamation needs to happen and strict buildings to be observe or else Dar will lack the charm of a coastal city.

In Lagos, investors realized the mess and are capitalising on it with Eko Atlantic. Do you get me.

You have mental health issues. Which front part? Two sides of Dar’s CBD face Water! I hope I made myself clear when I said that the side facing the creek is under a plan for a waterfront development while the one facing the Indian Ocean has a sea wall and a road under construction!

Like I said before, there’s a development plan for the CBD waterfront. I’m not sure if this is the official plan, but it’s more of a conceptual idea of the waterfront development.

Your insanity is unbelievable! Just because a city is by the sea/ocean, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it has to appear like that. A classic example is Los Angeles. LA is next to the Pacific Ocean but no area by the ocean has that type of waterfront. You are forcing cities to look the same, which is really stupid.
