Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Tuambie ni wapi. Nairobi kuna gazetted areas like parks and forests. Sehemu Kama hizo huwezijenga anything kwa sababu sheria haikubali but apart from hizo sehemu huwezipata place inafanana hivyo Nairobi na watu wako free kuendeleza
Halafu ikumbukwa Nairobi is generally denser than Dar es salaam.

Mmmmh acha kujishaua hapa, unataka kutuaminisha nini sasa? Eti Hakuna nyumba? Punguza mihemko, tena hilo eneo lina mijumba ya kufa mtu na ni maeneo cool sana

Compare with juja - 33km from Nairobi CBD

Alafu unaskia mtu anakwambia Dar ni kubwa kuliko Nairobi. Remember Dar is a coastal city. Ujenzi umespread half the directions - yani 180° Wakati Nairobi ni inland city, ujenzi umespread all directions, yani 360° .
Halafu 30 kilometres inland tayari unaanza kuona forests. Dar ina occupy area ndogo compared to Nairobi metropolitan area. Unajua hako ka area kadogo ka Dar kamesqueeze watu 6 million and yet Nairobi tuko around 4.5 million saa hii. So my theory ni ati wamejenga majumba mengi in a small area. So density ya houses na population density ziko high, yaani kila mtu anaishi in a small parcel of land hapo Dar. Halafu 30 km inland unakuta manyumba zimeisha. But on the other hand, Nairobi is very different juu most Nairobians wanaishi in the outskirts halafu wana commute to town daily. That proves that our transport system is superior to theirs coz tunaeza ishi mbali na kucommute daily. For example we have many Nairobians living as far as Limuru, Thika, Machakos, Ngong, Kitengela e.t.c and they commute to town daily. So Nairobi is spread out while Dar is squeezed in. They are squeezed in one small place and yet they are 6 million residents, that means an average person is living in a very small piece of land.
Actually hata tukiangalia data it proves that hawa watu wako squeezed sana. Hawana nafasi ya kupumua kama Nairobians. Population density ya Dar iko almost double ya Nairobi. That means transport system ya Nairobi lazima iwe so much better and advanced ili iconnect watu wanaoishi mbali.

Hiyo ni ukitumia southern bypass bongolala. Comment yangu nimesema A1 which is Waiyaki Way and it is 52kms. Those are two different routes. Hata hiyo southern bypass unayotaja hapa imejengeka mwanzo mwisho and it's 42 kms as you've shown above. Nikisema Dar is a glorified fishing village si sasa mnaona!?

Imagine Nairobi is 696 sq km and out of that 117 sq km is Nairobi National Park! and yet u r daring to compare Nairobi to Dar!

Dar ni kubwa kieneo hatukatai ila most of it ni jina tu, hakuna kinachoendelea. Most of that 1500 square kilometers haijajengeka and that photo posted here yesterday is a clear proof. Ni kijijini kabisa

Nairobi National Park is a protected area. Niambie kama ile kijiji which has been confirmed is 35 kms from the CBD is also a national park

Did anybody say that it’s a big deal? I simply supported him for what he said. Did I say that Tanzania is mentioned more than Kenya? Nope! Did I include your name in my post? Nope! You need to mind your goddam business! I have no interest in your drama and shenanigans! Every single time you feel the need to meddle in business that is not your own you usually quote me. Please find someone else to play with. I’m not your type!
This is a forum. If you feel offended by being quoted then simply don't post
