My argument sio kazi ya four years ya Magufuli., yeye ameshikilia tu uchumi vizuri which maintained the momentum yenye was set by Kikwete's regime., na imemusaidia to build on it bu expanding infrastructure which is yet to yield dividents to the economy. No wonder bado poverty ni ile ile mitaabi na mashinani., lakini ni muda tu itapungua if people on individual basis wata dandia opportunities availed by expanding economy. Roger that?
