Putin anaita shambulio hilo "kitendo cha kigaidi cha kikatili" na kutangaza siku ya maombolezo ya kitaifa kwa Machi 24.
Wakazi wa Moscow wanapanga foleni kutoa damu kwa waliojeruhiwa na maua yamewekwa kama heshima katika eneo la shambulio.
