The problem is that you are comparing Nairobi slums with your ordinary estates where 70-80% of the people live. See the difference? Outside slum areas, Nairobi is an organized city with decent houses something that can't be said of Dar where there are dream houses everywhere. Continue comparing Nairobi slums with Dar estates 😂 😂 😂

Tell us which public Hospital those people are going to Nairobi. The problem is that, we are talking about Public Hospitals which are accessible to poor people, while you are talking private Hospitals.

Lets compare what these two governments are doing for their people, how can you compare Private Hospitals which are not even responsible to the poor people, with Public Hospitals which treat poor people free of charges.

Wakati wkoloni wakiwajengea Nairobi Dar ilikua imeachwa.watu wamekuja kitambo na kusettle.watu wameishi miaka na mika.Serekali ilivyo ingia haikufuatilia mambo ya mipango miji. kwa sababu kunawatu wengi kwenye maeneo ambayo hayajapangwa haimanishi kwamba dar haijapangwa.lakini nairobi nikitu different maeneo ambayo hayaja pangwa ni mahali kama mabanda ya ndege. na pia huko mtu awezi aka stahmili kujenga huku zipo hizo estate unazo linganazo lakini watu hawapendelei hizo estate wanataka kujenga wenyewe lakini huko kwenu lazima anunue ama apange kwenye gorofa zilizo banana kama hakuna ardhi
