Never, and never again compare Kenya with Tanzania in Health care delivery. Tanzania within 4 years of Magufuli has constructed 97 regional/ County hospitals, it is a continental history, there is no any country in Africa has done so.

Out of ur 47 counties u cant even show 5 proper county referral hospitals n yet u yap of devolution! Tanzania has built over 94 districts hospitals with inpatients n outpatients facilities! Idiot of highest order! devolution my foot!
Kwa upande wa afya, Jafo amesema ukiachia mbali ujenzi wa vituo vya afya 352 mwaka huu wa fedha 2019/2020 wanajenga vituo vya afya 52 na kuendelea na ujenzi wa hospitali 67 na wana ujenzi wa hospitali mpya 27.

Here is county referral hospital level 5 for u!
As for Kakamega will make 4th county referral hospital if the cost known! Cause value of money is important u can't build a 300 beds hospital at a value of 600 beds hospital!
Imagine $65 mln for only building structure for this Kakamega county referral hospital n has stalled not finished. Sorry, I don't see value for money in that project.
