Check hii ni zaidi ya 20 kilometres away from Dar cbd, the way hili eneo lipo more developed hata Nairobi 25 kilometres away from cbd hapapo developed kama hapa

Is this place in Dar?....then it's the same as Nakuru which has Naivasha, Gilgil and all are well developed places, so i don't see any point here truly speaking....the map below is for Dar which show the only built-up place is centralized let say like 300km.This means that there's no metro in Dar...the boundaries are covered by forest than u said it's a developed place
