If that was the case Dar is slum would be a million times better than many cities even here in Africa like Durban (225 sqkm), Cape Town (400sqkm), Port Louis (47.sqkm), Algiers (283 sqkm). Unakuanga tofauti sana na hawa wenzako waliopumbazwa na uzalendo za kijinga. Hata common sense mtu hawezi tumia! When someone bases his argument on the fact that Dar covers a bigger area thean Nairobi and starts saying (or rather thinking) that that's the most logical way to judge which city is better than the other, how do you start engaging that person? The greatness of a city is not measured by how big it is, but what you have done with that space that you have. Otherwise, Dar would be a great city than Cape Town or Durban which are way smaller. Sadly, the opposite is the truth!
