Sasa umeme utakosekana wakati kuna access? Ama ni kizungu inakupiga chenga? How can you access something that you don't have? Unatumia akili akili kweli? Wanaposema access rate, wanamaanisha idadi ya wakenya bao kufikia sasa sana umeme katika nyumba zao ambapo kwa sasa asimila 56 wako na umeme ukilinganisha na asilimia 32 ya watanzinia. That's a normal service interruption kijana. Mbona mambo madogo yanawapa mdagumu kuelewa? Umewai enda bank ukaambiwa ATMs hazifanyi kazi? Na umewahi jiuliza ni kwanini? It's called service interruption na Mara nyingi inasabishwa na scheduled maintenance. Know the difference between a service interruption na rationing. Rationing can go for several days or even weeks but a normal service interruption will take just a few hours before resumption

In your LDC, Power access rate by the end of 2018 stood at 32.7% (Very shameful)….More than half of the entire Tz population is not connected to electricity. You plan to have universal power access by 2030, 8 years after we will have achieved ours. Very very shameful for people to live in darkness!

Access rate is not measured by how big or small a country is. It is based purely on the total number of people who have access to the service. Hallooo!!
