Who told you that Nairobi should be perfect? There's nothing perfect in this world, even New York has some very bad neighborhoods. Even in those two pics alone, one can clearly see the level of planning in those estates. The roads may look pathetic but the rows of apartments are neatly tacked, leaving plenty of room for vehicles and other road users.
