Kenya got wind of that deal, wakamtumia Dangote aje afanye derailment ya hiyo deal, lakini ikashindikana na makubaliano ya kasainiwa. Tz huwa hatukurupuki katika maendeleo; we focus and plan accordingly, hatufanyi vitu kama fire brigade.
