Kama unashangaa mtu kupata net Tzs 1.3m a month hustahili hata kutukana watu humu. So how do you describe a person who earn Tzs 1.3m net a month from his hustles? A rich person? Talking about savings, you can earn $10,000 a month and save $500 while somebody else can earn $5000 and save $1500. What you earn doesn't necessarily reflect what you save.
