Sijui unangoja tuzeeke ndio upost ata moja ya a 15+ floor.

These dwarf 'luxury apartment' buildings are scattered in Syokimau. Complete, ata sio renders.
They are just not worth our time to post here, because a Kenyan's time is worth more than a bongolala's time.

When we post, we post of serious projects, like these ones announced this week..

So you are assuming both Nairobi and Dar is a slum have the same amount of supply? Enyewe wewe ni fala.

The number of apartment blocks under construction in Westlands alone is much higher than all the apartment blocks under construction in Tanzania as a whole alafu mtu anasema Nairobi hakuna supply 😂😂

And yet the value ya majengo kwa dar Iko juu kuliko Tanzania ikiwa na maana dar Ina majengo mengi au apartments nyingi sana kuliko Nairobi ( according to world bank report).
Hapo bado spending mentality ya watanzania hupenda kuishi kwenye nyumba zao wenyewe na sio apartments sababu ya privacy

Teargass kuja uone wanaquote ile report hawakuelewa 10 years ago kama nilivyosema tu. 🤣 🤣

Bro, anyone who even thinks of comparing apartments in Nairobi with Dar has either never stepped foot in Nairobi, or Dar or both. This is not even a competition. Let's talk about other things. 🤣🤣🤣
