Take a look at Kinshasa for instance where a four-bedroom villa goes for $8,000 (the highest in the region) according to the screenshot you've posted. They've said this is because of severe SHORTAGE of internationally compliant Grade-A homes which keeps demand FAR AHEAD of supply.
