While the real estate value 10 years back Iko dar imeizidi Nairobi kwa zaid ya 3bil usd ikiwa na maana lazima Ina building nyingi kuliko Kenya.
Hence kama ziko zaidi ya Nairobi kwa 3bil usd na bado rental price ziko juu , ilitegemea supply iwe chache compared to kenya?
