Na ndio maana financing ya hiyo refinery bado ni utata... Hawezi kutumia pesa yake mwenyewe kujenga. Hata kama anayoo.. otherwise itachukua hata 20 yrs ndio amalize project hiyo.

But I would rather focus on Metro transit… That’s what Nairobi needs .Mass transportation by electric commuter trains …
