Wewe ni hopeless kabisa ili Dangote ajenge refinery EA alisema explicitly kuwa anataka full government commitment from both Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. Hapo kwenye commitment sioni iki materialize maana Uganda anajenga refinery yake ambayo TZ imenunua 20% share tayari na pia Tanzania in plan refinery yake Tanga sasa hayo masharti ya Dangote sijui yatatekelezwa vipi.
