Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

I read some post you said Wabongo malimbukeni kujenga glass ( cladded) building kwasababu ya hali ya hewa? Sasa Kenya
iko Europe kwenye baridi? au Dubai hakuna joto?
You people made it look like having glass buildings is such a big thing. It now became a point of reference in trying to make it look like Dar has better looking skyline than Nairobi. Just to prove to your fellows that they din't have a point, I had to put them in their rightful place by posting some glass buildings in Nairobi, some which were built when Dar was still a fishing village.

I didn't do this praise glass buildings. I still maintain that they're not favourable for tropical climates.

About Dubai having glass buildings, those guys have money to reduce greenhouse effects of such buildings. It is a costly affair

alafu another thing your taking dar very lightly, DAR is a mega city, You might be used to south africa but there are some features even south Africa cant rival Dar, in simple words Dar can stand out on top in some city features against all other african countries example The public Transport system is way more advanced even in some big asian cities, The problem with you umezoea kuona zege huezi elewa whats going on in other cities

News like these dont come as a mistake

Geza Ulole is it true that your Any Time Cancellation Ltd. cargo bird is permanently parked, na inagurumishwa tu every few days to keep the engines hot and maintained? 😂😂

Was the decision to purchase it driven by market forces/air cargo demand, or just another Makufuli/Sir.Mia stunt chasing Kenya?
KQ generates close to Ksh20 billion annually in revenue from cargo. With just a few planes.

Badala ya kuiozesha hapo, lease it to KQ and make some money. Kenya's air cargo demand is growing fast.

is KQ a profit making airline, is it even owned by kenya in the first place

Lucky to border Kenya . Hata roofing style si ya kitanzania … don’t be surprised some of those homes belong to Kenyans who cross the border for cheaper lifestyle like Americans do in San Diego by residing across the border in Tijuana ( living a dream of working for dollars and spending in pesos ). Imagine making Kenyan shillings but living in Arusha . You would be the king of your neighborhood..🤪🤪
🤣 🤣 🤣

If you mean 💯 percent full glass, yes..But even ones I posted are mostly glassy …just the visible columns expose concrete.
Kenya doesnt have a glass building and umeambiwa upost glass building sio windows, but i understand since amna mkianza kua nazo mtaelewa kwann mko #10 in poverty world wide

Ndio maana nasemanga wewe huleta links hapa bila hata kusoma content ujue inasema nini. Just shows your level of desperation!

Hii list yako ya Wikipedia has three Kenyan buildings listed before any building in Tanganyika. The first building from Tanganyika on the list is PPF house (160m) at position 25.

Nairobi has Britam Tower (200m) at position 12, GTC office tower (184m) at position 14, and UAP Old Mutual tower (163m) at position 23.

Heri unyamazange tu!
1) nlikua namuelewesha fala mwenzenu saadeque ajue zile building za posta sio tallest maaana ni mshamba kama nyie
2) Your buildings are tall because they have an antenna at the top not because its floor mwanzo mwisho
