The issue is that the loan does not cover compensation in no way, government already put aside the money to pay for the compensation long before.

Sio kweli, jaribu kujielimisha, hakuna Bank au financier yoyote duniani anayekubali kulipia land compensation in foreign countries, nimekupa mfano wa Uganda sasa hivi wanafanya compensation hata kabla hawajaomba mkopo, gharama ya ujenzi wa reli per km, is always within the same range($3M - $7M), depending on topography and water bodies, ukiingiza land compansation haitowezekana kuwa na standard ya price world wide, kuna nchi ardhi ipo juu sana.

Pia kama loan zitakubali kulipia land compensation, ni rahisi sana viongozi wahusika wakatumia fursa hiyo ili kupandisha bei ya ardhi, hivyo basi pesa nyingi ikatumika kwenye kulipia ardhi, mwishowe mradi ukawa ghali sana na kushindwa kutengeneza faida.
