Basically, what it does is that it uses computerized hydraulically tensioned steel cables to support a fixed canopy roof. The hydraulic system tightens the cable net structure to provide stability to the roof. Talanta was never designed to have a retractable roof neither does it have a hydraulic roof. These are your own hallucinations. What it has is a system called a computerized hydraulic cable tension roof-lifting system. Basically, it is just a system used in lifting the roof during roof construction.
