Sahihi kabisa, hizi reports nazifatilia kwa ukaribu mno zote, tunaelewa serikali ya Kenya na entities zake wamebobea kwenye kufake data kwa kiwango cha kutisha though zipo baadhi wanajisahau, hii ni moja kati ya report wameshindwa kuipika, so it's very true value ya transactions zao ipo poorly low compared na zetu.
