Narrative inaanza to shift from Mombasa to Lamu, then finally Tanga 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Reason Mombasa does not have enough space near the port to accommodate the oil terminal, refinery, and associated petrochemical and fertiliser industries.

The second stage, Lamu, is an ideal place; it has enough space but underdeveloped infrastructure and security problems.

Finally, Tanga's security is great; it has the advantage of EACOP and an oil terminal, TAZAMA pipeline to Zambia and the DRC, ensuring future distribution prospects to local economies, it has a functioning port, and a huge chunk of land with an easy acquisition process for early development of the refinery and its associated industries, lastly its proximity to Mombasa Kenya with a short pipeline Kenya and Uganda can be connected to the refinery.
