I meant it matters as Uganda the source of crude oil won‘t be affected as they have capacity to refine theirs! U won‘t hold them in ransom as they can still supply Ukunduni refined oil from UG Tilenga refinery!

Are you forgetting Kenya is also a source of crude oil?😂😂.

We are not planning to hold anybody hostage, it will be a scenario of willing buyers.
