In Tz people have their own plots na wanawekeza humo only a few ndio wananunua apartments na pili it is even more prudent to build on your own plot than buying a costly apartment. Bei ya apartment moja you can build two modern villas in Tz provided you have your own piece of land and truthfully speaking even me I am not in favour of buying apartments.

Sounds like something a rural Kenyan would say. Please show us those Dar plots and their self development. I hope you are referring to the so called dream houses …You really have a long way to go to modernize your country and now I know why private investors shun Dar .

You can build Avic town in the middle of Kajiado county and everything they need will prop up so quick .. from Manyanga transport to shopping centers ( all put by outside investors) I guess the concept of free market system is alien to you guys..
