Ukitoa dissing sio kweli kwamba Mbeya ni kama Bondo au Siaya.
Mbeya ni developed city na ni mji mkubwa umetanuka, Mbeya ina miundombinu mingi sana ila ipo scattered, kama miundombinu yake yote ingekuwa concentrated city centre basi ungeona skyline ya tofauti sana

Lakini fact ni kwamba, Mbeya ni jiji kubwa takribani 250km square, hii ni kaka 1/3 of Nairobi na population ni around 600,000 people

High school nimesoma Mbeya na sasahivi University nasoma huku so najua vizuri ninachokisema, Kutoka Iwambi hadi Uyole ni 22km na bado hii ni ndani ya city.
Kuanzia 2023 hadi 2025 May huu mji haukuwa na ujenzi mkubwa sana, but this December nimerudi nimeona kila sehemu wanafanya construction, kuanzia malls, hotels, schools, hospitals, roads etc ni kama mji umeamka ghafla. Within next 5 to 10 years Mbeya will be something else.
Na hata sasa naweza kukutajia vitu vilivyopo Mbeya, huko Bondo au Siaya hakuna.

Mjini inajumuisha mitaa ya Uzunguni, Uhindini na Jakaranda Street huku ndio sehemu ambayo ofisi za serikali na investors wengi zilipo. Lakini pako kimya na watu ni wachache
Halafu kuna Mwanjelwa, mtaa huu unajumuisha "Soko kuu la Mwanjelwa na mtaa mzima wa Kabwe". Huku kuna frame nyingi za biashara, msongamano wa magari na watu wengi sana. Ndio busiest place in Mbeya kwa sababu ya biashara
